Our Story
XRTOPIA began with a simple vision: to create the most immersive extended reality experiences possible. We were a team of filmmakers, game developers (and players), storywriters, blockchain enthusiasts, artists, futurists, and technologists who saw the potential of “transmedia,” the convergence of multiple media formats, to entertain, educate, and enhance people’s lives.
In 2025, we finally brought this groundbreaking concept to our flagship location in Loudoun County, Virginia, where we recognized Northern Virginia’s passion for innovation and entertainment. Located in the heart of the Dulles Town Center, our state-of-the-art facility represents the culmination of years of technological advancement and our commitment to delivering unforgettable experiences.
Today, XRTOPIA represents partners – like Zero Latency – who have grown to over 100 locations worldwide, with our Dulles venue proudly serving the entire DMV area including Ashburn, Leesburg, Tyson’s Corner, and beyond. As part of this global network, we continuously update our experiences with the latest games and hardware while maintaining our focus on exceptional service.

The Arenas
Our arenas include a 2,000 sq ft arena - the largest in the world - that enables precise motion precise motion tracking and safe movement. The open design accommodates up to 8 simultaneous players while maintaining comfortable personal space for each participant.
Spectator Area
Friends and family can watch the action unfold on large display screens in our comfortable spectator area. Witness players’ reactions and get a glimpse of what they’re experiencing in the virtual world.
